Dr. Todd Greeson
Dr. Todd Greeson is proud to call Burlington home. Growing up in this community and attending Eastern Guilford High School, Dr. Todd always knew he wanted to make a difference in the lives of his neighbors. After earning his undergraduate degree at Appalachian State University, he went on to complete his dental education at the University of North Carolina, graduating in 1995. Shortly after, he joined his family’s practice, which has been caring for Burlington families since 1974.
With 30 years of experience, Dr. Todd is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. He values the long-lasting relationships he’s built with families over the years and loves being entrusted with their dental health. His favorite part? Offering a mix of services that ensure patients feel cared for without needing to be referred somewhere else.
Outside the office, Dr. Todd spends time with his family, plays golf, lifts weights, runs, and travels. He brings this same energy to his dental practice, encouraging his team and patients to lean into a healthy, happy lifestyle with confidence and great smiles.

Dr. Stefan Greeson
Dr. Stefan Greeson is excited to continue his family’s legacy of exceptional dental care at Greeson Dentistry. A proud North Carolina native, Dr. Stefan completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he developed a passion for oral health and patient care. He then pursued his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at East Carolina University, where he graduated at the top of his class in 2024, a testament to his dedication and commitment to excellence.
Dr. Stefan is thrilled to be part of the practice that has been serving the Burlington community for decades. His approach to dentistry blends advanced techniques with compassionate, personalized care. He is particularly excited to work alongside his family to offer patients comprehensive care with a focus on comfort and long-term health.
